New Delhi, Apr 18: Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a productive conversation with Elon Musk, the world’s wealthiest individual and an influential figure in the tech world, to explore potential collaborations in technology and innovation.
Sharing details of the discussion on X, Modi mentioned that their conversation touched upon a wide range of topics, including those they had addressed during their meeting in Washington DC earlier this year. The Prime Minister emphasized the vast opportunities for collaboration in areas where both India and Musk’s ventures, such as Tesla and SpaceX, can make a significant impact.
“Spoke to @elonmusk today and we discussed various topics, including the ones we covered earlier this year in Washington DC. We explored the immense potential for collaboration in technology and innovation,” Modi shared.
He further added, “India remains dedicated to strengthening our partnerships with the US in these vital areas.”
Elon Musk, a key figure in shaping technological advancements, is also known for his influence in US administration, particularly his role in driving initiatives such as the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), focused on improving government operations and reducing federal workforce costs.
