I am an entrepreneur, freelancer, founder-director, and author on a mission to empower youth, professionals, and organizations to build their brands. I am also a mentor of change, a global SDG ambassador, and an HR professional. My motto is, “Be the change to bring the change.” I firmly believe that human revolution is the key to achieving goals and leading a successful and happy life.
Life can be unpredictable, but it unfolds in its own way. There was a time when I contemplated giving up on life because everything seemed insurmountable. Then, one day, I gave up – quite literally. I lost consciousness and was unaware of what was happening in the outside world for a week. When I regained consciousness, I realized that I couldn’t be so selfish. I had a daughter, parents, and supporters who depended on me. I understood that living life isn’t just about oneself but also about others.
I had forgotten that I had two daughters relying on me to face the world. This realization fueled my determination not only to raise my own children but also to empower others. Changing my thinking changed how I felt, which, in turn, changed my actions and the world around me.
I’ve learned from my mistakes and continually strive to enhance my life. Life is filled with challenges, and the more challenges we face, the stronger we become, altering our perspective on life. That’s why my professional journey began. It started from being a simple BPO customer care executive, leading to a managerial role in the banking sector, and eventually to positions I had never dreamt of, such as HR and PR Head in a marketing and consulting firm with stakeholders in the hospitality industry. After 23 years in the workforce, I realized that true mental peace and inner satisfaction eluded me.
I took a two-year break to embark on a mission of touching and nurturing millions of lives in the education sector, aiming to create leaders who can make the world a better place. In 2017, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey.
I am a passionate public speaker, influential on social media, an outstanding women leader, and a dynamic individual. I provide corporate training, mentor life skills, soft skills, interview skills, career counseling, counseling sessions, and emphasize the importance of sports and value education. As a certified Spoken English Trainer from the British Council, I bring 25 years of experience in various domains, schools, and MNCs to the table. My expertise spans operations management, brand management, communication, training, customer service, HR operations, policies, procedures, and performance management.
I am also a prolific author and writer, with my articles published in various international educational magazines. My goal is to empower others and become an inspiring leader. My philosophy is simple: “Try, try, try until you succeed.” I firmly believe that every person possesses innate talent, and discovering it requires dedication and effort. Challenging oneself to the limit and never giving up are essential steps toward unleashing one’s true potential.
